In a new step that reflects the evolution of Reedy Developments’ strategy and reinforces its position as a master developer, the company continues to expand its development model based on creating integrated destinations, defining the overall vision and development framework for each destination, and collaborating with some of the leading real estate companies in the Egyptian market.
This direction goes beyond the traditional concept of developing standalone real estate projects. Instead, Reedy is building large-scale destinations for which it formulates the core vision, defines the development parameters, and ensures the integration of all components, while bringing in leading expertise and companies that add value and greater diversity to the final product. This approach extends the model Reedy began implementing across its New Cairo portfolio and is now
expanding into its coastal destinations.

From “Creek View” at Reedy City to a new collaboration with Madinet Masr at Reedy Coast, Reedy is expanding its master developer model from New Cairo to the North Coast.

Reedy City in New Cairo was one of the first destinations where this direction took clear shape through Reedy’s collaboration with Mountain View to introduce the Creek View project within the destination. The collaboration represented the first practical application of a model that allows a leading real estate developer to bring its own vision and product into an integrated platform whose overall development framework is led by Reedy, while maintaining alignment with the destination’s broader vision.

Today, Reedy is taking this model to a larger scale through a new strategic collaboration with Madinet Masr across approximately 101 feddans within Reedy Coast on the North Coast, a coastal destination being developed by Reedy over a total area of approximately 400 feddans. The collaboration represents a key milestone in the evolution of Reedy’s master developer model, bringing together Reedy’s development vision and expertise in creating and managing real estate
destinations with Madinet Masr’s long-standing institutional experience and position as one of Egypt’s leading urban development companies.

This collaboration is especially significant because it represents Madinet Masr’s first presence on the North Coast, giving the collaboration strategic importance for both parties. For Reedy, it reflects the company’s ability to attract major real estate entities to operate within its destinations under one unified development framework; for Madinet Masr, it opens the door to expansion in one of Egypt’s most important, fast-growing and in-demand coastal markets.
The selection of Madinet Masr also extends Reedy’s approach of building carefully considered collaborations with companies that have strong track records, expertise and institutional capabilities, adding new layers of value to its destinations. Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to introduce a coastal destination with a clear vision and an integrated identity that responds to evolving customer needs and the growing demand for high-quality coastal communities that offer a more complete and sustainable long-term experience.

The project also reflects Reedy’s philosophy of the master developer role as the entity that leads the destination’s entire ecosystem – from vision, planning and development framework to selecting the right collaborations and expertise that enrich the final product and support its diversity and appeal. This approach reinforces Reedy’s belief that growth is not only about expanding its project portfolio, but also about building integrated development platforms capable of accommodating different
visions and products under one umbrella.

Reedy Coast is one of the clearest applications of this approach. Extending across approximately 400 feddans, the
destination was designed to be more than a standalone coastal project; it is an integrated platform capable of
accommodating multiple experiences, concepts and collaborations under one vision. Reedy Coast already includes Azzar
Islands as one of its key components, while the new 101-feddan collaboration with Madinet Masr adds a new dimension to
the masterplan and enhances the diversity of products and experiences within the destination.
By moving from its collaboration with Mountain View in New Cairo to its collaboration with Madinet Masr on the North Coast,
Reedy continues to strengthen its role as a master developer capable of leading and developing large-scale destinations and
building strategic collaborations that create long-term value for customers and the market. Further details about the project,
including the masterplan, its components, and launch and release plans, will be announced at a later stage.Reedy Coast on the North Coast.
