Reedy Developments is a real estate developer built on a legacy that began in 1978 and expanded into the real estate sector in 2018 with a clear ambition to create thoughtfully planned destinations where architecture, nature, convenience, and community come together to elevate everyday life. With a growing landbank across New Cairo and the North Coast, Reedy continues to shape integrated destinations through four defining pillars: genuine comfort, distinctive architecture, strategic locations, and vibrant communities. Inspired by the master planned character, calm streets, landscape, and community life of Irvine, California, Reedy introduced its own distinctive architectural language to Egypt, beginning with Azzar New Cairo and evolving across a diversified portfolio of residential, coastal, commercial, and mixed use developments. Today, this vision extends across Reedy City in New Cairo and Reedy Coast on the North Coast, two major destinations that reflect the company’s evolving role as a master developer and its approach to creating large-scale, fully integrated communities. From Azzar New Cairo and Azzar Infinity to Azzar Islands, Azzar Reedy, Dijar, and Rukar, every Reedy destination is designed around the way modern families live, connect, move, and grow. Through thoughtful master planning, distinctive architecture, generous landscapes, strategic collaborations, and experiences centered around people, Reedy continues to create destinations with lasting character, value, and a genuine sense of belonging, carrying one enduring promise across everything it creates:
We Promise. We Deliver.
